| Description: | From Summersville Lake Lighthouse Festival Website: Come join us for the Summersville Lake Lighthouse Festival on Saturday, August 23rd, 2014 from 9 am to 9 pm here on the Lighthouse grounds. Cabella's is the official sponsor of the event will be on hand all afternoon teaching bait casting techniques to budding anglers. Artisans and crafters from throughout the state will be showcasing their skills along with live Appalachian music, great food, entertainment, Raffles and a Classic Car "Cruiz-In".
Lighthouse-and-1973-NovaWatch from the top of the Lighthouse as over 75 Sailboats entrants from across the United States and Canada compete in the Fourth Annual Mountain Mama Hospice Regatta to be held on Summersville Lake. Register to win one of the several great door prizes, from whitewater rafting trips to zip line canopy tours to a brand new Kayak! A portion of all proceeds from the Lighthouse Festival will be donated to the Hospice Fundraising Event.
