| Description: | Location: Cabell County Public Library Monday-Sunday, Jan. 2-31. Any borrowers aged 17 and under can knock off of their existing fines by reading. For every 15 minutes of reading or 30 minutes of listening to an audio book, $1 will be erased from their fines. | |||
