| Description: | The Heritage Arts and Crafts Co-op open houses will provide fun and entertainment for young and old alike. There will be artisans demonstrating their skills, handcrafted gifts and crafts for sale. In the spring, enjoy Appalachian music, story telling, re-enactors and quilting. Apple butter making, weather permitting. All West Virginia made products! Hours: 10am-5pm. Location: WV Heritage and Crafts Co-op. housed in former Quiet Dale School building, on the National Register of Historic Places. South of Clarksburg, exit 115 off I-79, to US Rte. 20 south, 2/10 of a mile on the right, behind the Chevron Station in white 4-room schoolhouse. Admission/parking: Free. | |
